- 8 oz pasta (your choice; rotini, penne, or farfalle)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, black olives, and feta in a large mixing bowl.
- Make the dressing by whisking together the Italian dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Dress the salad by pouring the dressing over the mixture and tossing gently to coat.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
