Description

Crispy baked taquitos filled with shredded chicken, zesty buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and sharp cheddar, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas (8-inch)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat for about 20 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
  4. Prepare the tortillas by laying them flat and spooning a generous amount of the filling onto each.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  6. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
