- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 flour tortillas (8-inch)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat for about 20 minutes until fully cooked.
- Combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Prepare the tortillas by laying them flat and spooning a generous amount of the filling onto each.
- Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling and secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve topped with green onions and sour cream.
