Description

A vibrant and flavorful fried rice dish featuring tender chicken, mixed vegetables, and a creamy, spicy bang bang sauce, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, peas, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons bang bang sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until slightly tender.
  3. Push the veggies to one side of the pan and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble until fully cooked.
  4. Add the cooked rice and chicken to the pan.
  5. Pour the bang bang sauce over the mixture, stirring well to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
