Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, toss the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well-coated.
  2. In another bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-blended.
  3. Optional: Fold in the chopped cilantro and sliced green onions.
  4. Lay a flour tortilla flat, spoon a generous amount of the BBQ chicken mixture into the center, followed by a scoop of coleslaw.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to seal.
