Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 large tortillas
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it up, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until fully browned.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, white vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder to make the special sauce.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread a layer of special sauce on top.
- Add a portion of cooked beef in the center, then top with shredded lettuce, chopped pickles, and shredded cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Repeat for remaining tortillas and ingredients. Enjoy immediately or wrap in foil for later.
Notes
You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or plant-based meat for a different option.
