Description

Delicious wraps that combine the iconic flavors of a Big Mac in a portable format, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 large tortillas

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it up, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until fully browned.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, white vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder to make the special sauce.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and spread a layer of special sauce on top.
  4. Add a portion of cooked beef in the center, then top with shredded lettuce, chopped pickles, and shredded cheese.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  6. Repeat for remaining tortillas and ingredients. Enjoy immediately or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or plant-based meat for a different option.
