- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons blackening seasoning
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with blackening seasoning on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain and add to the sauce, tossing to coat.
- Slice the blackened chicken and serve over the creamy garlic pasta, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of blackening seasoning to your spice preference.
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or a non-dairy alternative.
