Description

A delicious and flavorful dish featuring blackened chicken served over creamy garlic pasta.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons blackening seasoning
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with blackening seasoning on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain and add to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  6. Slice the blackened chicken and serve over the creamy garlic pasta, garnished with fresh parsley.
