- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 6 strips crispy bacon
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Generously spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy; drain on paper towels and crumble.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing and soy sauce.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle half of the ranch mixture over the chicken, top with crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Drizzle remaining ranch mixture over chicken before serving.
Notes
Marinating the chicken in ranch dressing overnight can enhance flavor. Use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking.
