Description

A delightful combination of chicken, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar cheese topped with ranch dressing, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 6 strips crispy bacon
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Generously spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy; drain on paper towels and crumble.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing and soy sauce.
  6. Place the seasoned chicken in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle half of the ranch mixture over the chicken, top with crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Drizzle remaining ranch mixture over chicken before serving.

Notes

Marinating the chicken in ranch dressing overnight can enhance flavor. Use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking.
