- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 4 ounces turkey breast
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 slices cooked bacon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Spread the mayonnaise generously on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
- Spread Dijon mustard over the mayo on one slice.
- Place slices of cheddar cheese atop the mustard-coated bread.
- Layer the cooked bacon on top of the cheddar.
- Evenly distribute the turkey breast over the bacon.
- Top with the remaining slice of sourdough.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
- Cook the sandwich for about 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the sandwich and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove the sandwich when both sides are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Slice the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
