Description

Delightful rollups filled with gooey cheese and brushed with a savory garlic butter blend, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of refrigerated dough (like crescent or pizza dough)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
  3. Roll out the refrigerated dough carefully on a clean surface, creating a rectangle.
  4. Cut the rolled-out dough into rectangular pieces, about 3 inches wide.
  5. Place a generous spoonful of shredded cheese on each rectangle and roll them up gently from one end to the other.
  6. Arrange the rollups on a prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the rollups.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Make-Ahead Tips: Prepare the rollups in advance but don’t bake them until you’re ready to serve. Cooking Alternatives: An air fryer can work wonders! Bake at 375°F for about 8-10 minutes.
