Delicious and comforting Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps filled with seasoned chicken, creamy garlic aioli, and melted cheddar cheese, all wrapped in a soft tortilla.

- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and garlic aioli. Mix thoroughly until the chicken is generously coated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous portion of the chicken mixture onto the tortilla, then sprinkle with a good handful of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it from the bottom up to create a neat wrap. Tuck in the filling as you roll to prevent spillage.
- Heat your pan or griddle over medium heat. Once hot, place the wraps seam side down on the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then carefully flip and cook the other side for another few minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crisp.
- Remove the wraps from the pan, allow them to cool for a moment, then slice them in half diagonally and serve with additional garlic aioli or a dipping sauce of your choice.
