Description

Delicious and comforting Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps filled with seasoned chicken, creamy garlic aioli, and melted cheddar cheese, all wrapped in a soft tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup garlic aioli
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and garlic aioli. Mix thoroughly until the chicken is generously coated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous portion of the chicken mixture onto the tortilla, then sprinkle with a good handful of shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it from the bottom up to create a neat wrap. Tuck in the filling as you roll to prevent spillage.
  4. Heat your pan or griddle over medium heat. Once hot, place the wraps seam side down on the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then carefully flip and cook the other side for another few minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crisp.
  5. Remove the wraps from the pan, allow them to cool for a moment, then slice them in half diagonally and serve with additional garlic aioli or a dipping sauce of your choice.

Notes

Make-Ahead Tips: Prepare the chicken filling in advance and store it in the fridge for up to three days. Customize by adding veggies or swapping sauces.
