- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, milk, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased casserole dish.
- Whisk together the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
- Spread the ketchup mixture over the meatloaf mixture.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
