- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut them into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on one end of each pastry rectangle.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
