Description

A vibrant and delicious Chicken Zucchini Stir Fry, combining tender chicken with fresh vegetables in a flavorful soy garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken breast and cook for about 3-4 minutes, undisturbed.
  3. Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until browned.
  4. Add minced garlic, bell pepper, and zucchini to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, and let everything simmer for a minute.
  6. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
