Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken breast and cook for about 3-4 minutes, undisturbed.
- Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until browned.
- Add minced garlic, bell pepper, and zucchini to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, and let everything simmer for a minute.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
