Description

A refreshing blend of creamy sweetness and zesty lemon, perfect for summer days.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 46 lemons)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices (for garnish)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Roll the lemons on the countertop, then cut and juice them to gather a full cup of lemon juice.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until fully mixed.
  3. Gradually add cold water, stirring continuously. Taste and add simple syrup if more sweetness is desired.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice cubes.
  5. Pour into glasses, garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves, and enjoy!

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute condensed milk with coconut milk. Customize with herbs or fruits.
