- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions; set aside and keep warm.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions and minced garlic until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and sear in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and allow the sauce to thicken, about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve creamy chicken over warm rice, generously coating both.
Notes
