- 1/2 cup grapes, halved

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and Dijon mustard. Stir gently until everything is coated.
- Add the diced celery and halved grapes to the mixture, and optional walnuts, mixing until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and place lettuce leaves in the center.
- Spoon the chicken salad mixture onto the lettuce and roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides.
