Description

A delightful wrap filled with creamy chicken salad, crisp celery, and sweet grapes, perfect for lunch or a picnic.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and Dijon mustard. Stir gently until everything is coated.
  2. Add the diced celery and halved grapes to the mixture, and optional walnuts, mixing until well combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and place lettuce leaves in the center.
  5. Spoon the chicken salad mixture onto the lettuce and roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides.
  6. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later enjoyment.
