Description

Indulge in the rich flavors of tender lobster tails coated in a luxurious garlic butter sauce, perfect for special occasions or a lavish dinner at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Lobster Tails
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Split the lobster tails lengthwise with a sharp chef’s knife.
  3. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Sauté the garlic in the melted butter until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Combine the heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Place the lobster tails in a baking dish, cut side up, and pour the garlic butter sauce over them.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the meat is opaque and firm.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

You can prepare the garlic butter sauce in advance and store it in the fridge. For a lighter option, substitute the heavy cream with seafood stock.
