- 2 Lobster Tails
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Split the lobster tails lengthwise with a sharp chef’s knife.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the garlic in the melted butter until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Combine the heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then simmer until slightly thickened.
- Place the lobster tails in a baking dish, cut side up, and pour the garlic butter sauce over them.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the meat is opaque and firm.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
You can prepare the garlic butter sauce in advance and store it in the fridge. For a lighter option, substitute the heavy cream with seafood stock.
