Description

A delightful wrap filled with grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, and a creamy homemade sauce, perfect for a hearty meal or quick lunch.


Ingredients

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 large tortilla
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup homemade sauce (yogurt-based dressing or ranch)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season and grill the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on a preheated grill or pan for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  2. Prepare the large tortilla flat on a surface.
  3. Layer the grilled chicken, tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro on one side of the tortilla.
  4. Drizzle the sauce over the fillings.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to seal the wrap.
  6. Optional toast the wrap in a frying pan until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Slice the wrap in half and serve warm.
