Description

A delicious and creamy dip made with shrimp and dill, perfect for serving in veggie cups.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Assorted fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, bell peppers) for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped shrimp gently.
  4. Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve the dip in small cups with assorted fresh vegetables for dipping.

Notes
