Description
A delicious and creamy dip made with shrimp and dill, perfect for serving in veggie cups.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Assorted fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, bell peppers) for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Fold in the chopped shrimp gently.
- Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve the dip in small cups with assorted fresh vegetables for dipping.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the dip.
- This dip can be made a day in advance for convenience.
- Feel free to substitute shrimp with crab or lobster for a different flavor.
