- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dill
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into fry-shaped pieces.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each zucchini fry into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- While the fries are baking, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill in a small bowl to make the creamy dip.
- Serve the crispy zucchini fries hot with the creamy dip.

- For extra crunch, you can double coat the zucchini fries.
