Description

A delightful wrap filled with crispy chicken tenders, fresh lettuce, melted cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing, perfect for a quick meal or family gathering.


Ingredients

  • 4 small flour tortillas (approximately 13 cm diameter)
  • 4 frozen chicken tenders
  • 180 grams shredded lettuce
  • 60 grams shredded cheddar cheese
  • 60 milliliters ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen chicken tenders as directed until golden crisp and thoroughly cooked.
  2. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds per side, or microwave for 10-15 seconds until pliable.
  3. Once cooked, cut the chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Lay each tortilla flat and spread shredded lettuce at the center.
  5. Top with chopped chicken pieces and sprinkle cheddar cheese.
  6. Drizzle ranch dressing over the fillings.
  7. Fold both sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll tightly to create a wrap.
  8. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for portability.
