- 1 large head of green cabbage
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the cabbage and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are crispy and golden brown.
- If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
