Description

A refreshing salad combining crisp cucumbers, sweet cherry tomatoes, and creamy mozzarella, drizzled with flavorful olive oil and balsamic vinegar.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers into half-moon shapes and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Cut the mozzarella cheese into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, and mozzarella.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
