Delightful tortilla roll-ups filled with thinly sliced roast beef and gooey melted cheese, served with a rich dipping sauce for a comforting meal.

- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella or provolone
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and warm beef broth in a small pot on low.
- Lay tortillas flat and layer each with roast beef and a handful of cheese.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley over the filling.
- Roll tortillas tightly to encase the filling.
- Brush each roll-up with melted butter and place seam-side down in the skillet; cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy.
- Combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl for the dipping sauce.
- Slice roll-ups in half and serve with the warm dipping sauce.
Notes
Feel free to customize your roll-ups with different meats or cheeses. Make-ahead options are available by prepping in advance and storing in the fridge.
