Description

Delightful tortilla roll-ups filled with thinly sliced roast beef and gooey melted cheese, served with a rich dipping sauce for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella or provolone
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and warm beef broth in a small pot on low.
  2. Lay tortillas flat and layer each with roast beef and a handful of cheese.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley over the filling.
  4. Roll tortillas tightly to encase the filling.
  5. Brush each roll-up with melted butter and place seam-side down in the skillet; cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy.
  6. Combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl for the dipping sauce.
  7. Slice roll-ups in half and serve with the warm dipping sauce.

Notes

Feel free to customize your roll-ups with different meats or cheeses. Make-ahead options are available by prepping in advance and storing in the fridge.
