Description

A delicious and savory Easter quiche filled with fresh spinach and creamy feta cheese, perfect for brunch or a festive gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Add the chopped spinach and crumbled feta to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
