Description
A refreshing and creamy mango sorbet that captures the essence of summer with every spoonful.
Ingredients
Scale
- 24 oz Frozen Mango Chunks (about 6 cups)
- 1/3 cup Light Agave Syrup
- 3 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 (6-oz) container Fresh Raspberries (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Gather your frozen mango chunks and place them into your food processor. Pulse gently until the mango pieces start to break apart.
- Add in the light agave syrup and fresh lime juice. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency or transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours for a firmer sorbet.
- Scoop into bowls and top with fresh mint, raspberries, or shredded coconut if desired.
Notes
For best results, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 weeks.
