Description

A refreshing and creamy mango sorbet that captures the essence of summer with every spoonful.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 oz Frozen Mango Chunks (about 6 cups)
  • 1/3 cup Light Agave Syrup
  • 3 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 (6-oz) container Fresh Raspberries (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Gather your frozen mango chunks and place them into your food processor. Pulse gently until the mango pieces start to break apart.
  2. Add in the light agave syrup and fresh lime juice. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency or transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours for a firmer sorbet.
  4. Scoop into bowls and top with fresh mint, raspberries, or shredded coconut if desired.

Notes

For best results, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 weeks.
