Description

A hearty bowl of Fiery Chicken Ramen featuring tender chicken in a creamy garlic and Parmesan sauce, topped with fresh vegetables and a soft-boiled egg, perfect for cozy nights or lively gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • 1 soft-boiled egg, halved
  • Sesame seeds & nori strips, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Add chicken strips and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and sear for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring constantly. Add salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  6. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and toss with sesame oil.
  7. Divide noodles into bowls, ladling creamy sauce over each. Top with chicken, green onions, carrots, and soft-boiled egg. Garnish with sesame seeds and nori.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Consider customizing spices according to your heat preference. Use chicken thighs for richer flavor or substitute with shrimp or tofu for variation.
