Description

A refreshing blend of mango, strawberry, and lemon for a perfect summer drink.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 23 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fruits: If using fresh mangoes and strawberries, peel, slice, and freeze them a few hours before you start. If you already have frozen fruit, skip this step!
  2. Blend the Base: In your blender, combine 2 cups of frozen mango chunks, 2 cups of frozen strawberries, 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 2-3 tablespoons of honey (or agave syrup), and 1 cup of cold water.
  3. Smooth It Out: Blend on high until the mixture reaches a creamy, thick consistency. Scrape down the sides with a spatula if needed, ensuring all fruits blend seamlessly.
  4. Check the Taste: Taste the mixture. Adjust sweetness with more honey or lemon juice until it strikes the perfect balance for your palate. A dash of more water helps if it’s too thick.
  5. Serve & Enjoy: Pour the vibrant drink into glasses, and garnish with fresh fruit or mint leaves if desired. Sip on this heavenly potion, soaking in the delightful flavors!

Notes

For a tropical twist, add a splash of coconut water or fresh herbs like mint.
