- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the ground chicken with minced garlic, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, and the egg, then season with salt and pepper.
- Add the milk and combine until slightly wet but not soupy.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf in a loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
