Description

A delightful twist on the classic, this Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf combines ground chicken with roasted garlic and Parmesan for a light yet hearty meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the ground chicken with minced garlic, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, and the egg, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the milk and combine until slightly wet but not soupy.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf in a loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Allow the meatloaf to rest before slicing to retain moisture. Customize with favorite cheeses or veggies for added flavor.
