- 2 ribeye steaks
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the garlic mixture over both sides of the steaks.
- Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- While the steaks are cooking, heat a separate pan over medium heat.
- Add the mixed vegetables and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the steaks topped with sautéed vegetables and garnish with fresh parsley.
