Description

A delicious and savory garlic steak served with a medley of mixed vegetables, perfect for a hearty meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the garlic mixture over both sides of the steaks.
  4. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
  5. While the steaks are cooking, heat a separate pan over medium heat.
  6. Add the mixed vegetables and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  7. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
