- 2 cups vegetable broth

Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring vegetable broth to a boil.
- Add pearl couscous and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or until couscous is tender.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked couscous, honey, diced apples, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
