- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the honey balsamic mixture over them.
