Description

A delightful fusion of honey BBQ chicken and crispy garlic Parmesan potatoes, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
  • 2 pounds potatoes, diced (Russet or Yukon gold)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Brush the honey BBQ sauce over the chicken.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Prepare the potatoes by tossing them with olive oil, garlic powder, and season with salt.
  7. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Add Parmesan cheese in the last 5 minutes of baking.
  10. Serve the grilled chicken with garlic Parmesan potatoes, garnished with parsley.
