- 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
- 2 pounds potatoes, diced (Russet or Yukon gold)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Brush the honey BBQ sauce over the chicken.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the potatoes by tossing them with olive oil, garlic powder, and season with salt.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Add Parmesan cheese in the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Serve the grilled chicken with garlic Parmesan potatoes, garnished with parsley.
