Description

A delightful combination of succulent honey BBQ chicken and creamy garlic Parmesan potatoes, perfect for gatherings or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
  • 2 pounds potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush chicken breasts with honey BBQ sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. In a large bowl, mix diced potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread potatoes on a lined baking sheet and roast in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and fork-tender.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on hot potatoes before serving.
  7. Serve grilled chicken alongside garlic Parmesan potatoes and garnish with fresh parsley.
