Description

A vibrant medley of flavors with marinated tortellini, mozzarella, salami, and fresh vegetables, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 9 oz cheese tortellini (cooked and cooled)
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls (ciliegine)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 12 slices salami
  • 1/2 cup green olives
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing or herb marinade

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions, then let cool.
  2. Marinate the cooled tortellini in Italian dressing for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Rinse and dry the cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves.
  4. Slice the salami in half and fold into quarters.
  5. Drain the olives and pat the mozzarella dry.
  6. Assemble the skewers by threading ingredients in alternating order: tortellini, salami, mozzarella, olives, cherry tomato, and basil.
  7. Brush skewers with any leftover marinade.
  8. Chill and serve cold or at room temperature.
