Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
  • 12 jalapeños, diced
  • 1 tablespoon of cream cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine shredded cheese, diced jalapeños, cream cheese (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough into individual triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cheese and jalapeño mixture at the wider end of each triangle.
  5. Roll tightly from the wide end to the point, pinching the sides to seal.
  6. Transfer filled rolls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Spray the tops with cooking spray or brush with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

These rolls can be prepared ahead of time, and you can use an air fryer for a quicker option. Customize with different cheeses or spices.
