Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked jasmine or brown rice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetables of choice (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers)
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, and minced garlic to create a marinade. Marinate the steak for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or pan-sear the marinated steak over medium-high heat until desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.
- In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream over low heat and stir in additional gochujang for the spicy cream sauce.
- Assembly: Place a scoop of rice in each bowl, layer with sliced steak, drizzle with spicy cream sauce, and top with green onions and vegetables.
- Serve warm.
