- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into even 1-inch cubes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cubed potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, oregano, and parsley. Toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer the seasoned potatoes to a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
