- 1 cup charred corn
- 1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled

- Salt, to taste
- 4 slices of bread
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
- Mash the avocados in a mixing bowl until creamy, then stir in lime juice, salt, and chili powder.
- Spread the avocado mixture generously on the toasted bread.
- Top with charred corn and sprinkle with crumbled cotija cheese.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
