Description

Delightful no-bake energy bites made with peanut butter, oats, honey, and chocolate chips, perfect for a quick snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup quick oats
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the quick oats and chocolate chips.
  2. Pour in the peanut butter and honey, stirring until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Use a tablespoon to scoop the mixture and roll it into bite-sized balls using your hands.
  4. Store the energy bites in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.

Notes

Warm peanut butter slightly for easier mixing. Use a damp spoon or hands to prevent sticking while rolling. Can be refrigerated for better texture.
