Description

Indulge in rich, creamy Oreo No-Bake Cheesecake Cups with a delightful crunch of cookie crumbles. Perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 8 oz. tub of Cool Whip or whipped topping
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2426 Oreo cookies (more as desired)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos in a plastic zip bag until sandy.
  2. Spoon about 1 ½ to 2 tablespoons of crushed Oreo mixture into the bottom of 6 small dessert dishes.
  3. In a bowl, whip the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Add the vanilla and mix.
  4. Gently fold in the Cool Whip and remaining crushed Oreos.
  5. Divide the cheesecake filling evenly across the dessert dishes and smooth the tops.
  6. Chill for about an hour to firm up.
  7. Before serving, top each cup with whipped cream and additional crushed Oreos.

Notes
