- 2 cups diced peaches
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

Instructions
- Wash the watermelon and peaches under cool water.
- Cut the watermelon into 1-inch cubes.
- Halve the peaches, discard the pits, and slice into small cubes.
- Combine the diced watermelon and peaches in a large mixing bowl.
- Chop the mint leaves and add to the fruit mixture.
