Description

A refreshing summer salad featuring juicy peaches and crisp watermelon, drizzled with honey and lime, and enhanced with fresh mint.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced watermelon
  • 2 cups diced peaches
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the watermelon and peaches under cool water.
  2. Cut the watermelon into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Halve the peaches, discard the pits, and slice into small cubes.
  4. Combine the diced watermelon and peaches in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Chop the mint leaves and add to the fruit mixture.
  6. Drizzle honey over the fruits and stir gently.
  7. Incorporate lime juice, salt, and pepper, then stir to combine.
  8. Let the salad rest for a few minutes before serving.
