Instructions
- Divide the ground beef into four equal portions, shaping them into patties.
- On each tortilla, spread one beef portion and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, adding the neutral oil.
- Place the tortilla meat-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
