- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
- Optional toppings: pickles, diced onions, burger sauce
Instructions
- Heat your skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Take a small handful of ground beef and press it onto one half of each tortilla. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook the tortilla, beef side down, for 2-3 minutes until the beef is browned.
- Flip the tortilla, sprinkle cheese over the beef, and fold in half.
- Cook both sides for another couple of minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice into wedges and serve with toppings and sauces.
Notes
