A delicious fusion dish featuring spicy glazed chicken served over a bed of hummus, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, cucumbers, etc.)
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and sriracha to create the glaze.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in the glaze for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest before slicing.
- In a serving bowl, spread a layer of hummus and top with cooked rice.
- Slice the chicken and place it on top of the rice and hummus.
- Add chopped vegetables and garnish with fresh cilantro.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
- Can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
- Serve with pita bread for a complete meal.
