Description

A delicious and easy-to-make dessert that combines the flavors of strawberry cheesecake in a yogurt cup.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until creamy.
  3. Layer the yogurt mixture, cream cheese, and sliced strawberries in cups.
  4. Top with graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegan option, use plant-based yogurt and cream cheese.
  • Feel free to substitute strawberries with other berries.
