Description

A vibrant and crunchy slaw combining fresh cabbage, grated carrots, and dill pickles with a creamy, Sriracha-infused dressing.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • ½ cup dill pickles, chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Prep the vegetables: Finely shred the cabbage and grate the carrots. In a large mixing bowl, toss together the cabbage, carrots, pickles, and onion.
  2. Make the dressing: In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
