Description

A delightful dish that combines twisted rotini pasta, juicy honey garlic chicken, and a creamy Parmesan sauce for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add remaining butter and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in honey and soy sauce, return chicken to skillet, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Cook rotini in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente, reserving a cup of pasta water before draining.
  6. In another saucepan, warm heavy cream and whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
  7. Toss cooked rotini with the cream sauce, then plate and top with honey garlic chicken. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

Feel free to customize with vegetables or adjust seasoning to taste.
