Description

Instructions

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, fresh dill, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until smooth and homogenous.
  2. Fold in the shredded rotisserie chicken gently, ensuring every morsel is coated in that luscious tzatziki sauce.
  3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and thinly sliced red onion, mixing gently to incorporate without mashing the tomatoes.
  4. If using mixed greens, place them in a serving bowl, acting as a vibrant base for the chicken mixture on top.
  5. Crumble feta cheese over the salad if desired.
  6. Chill the salad in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
