Ingredients
- Tortillas (whole wheat, spinach, or flour)
- Grilled Chicken (or rotisserie chicken/tofu for vegetarian)
- Avocado
- Fresh Veggies (bell peppers, cucumbers, mixed greens)
- Pico de Gallo or Salsa
- Cheese (optional, feta or shredded)
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by grilling it seasoned with salt and pepper for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, chop the fresh veggies and mix them in a bowl.
- Warm the tortilla in the same skillet for 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the wrap by layering grilled chicken, veggies, avocado, and pico de gallo on the tortilla.
- Wrap it tightly, tuck in the sides, and slice in half to serve.
- Enjoy immediately, served with a slice of lime.
